Walt Bales' Memorial Scramble for Disaster Relief
Walt and Hazel Bales have been life-long supporters of the American Red Cross. When Walt passed away in early 2005, we felt it was a natural to name our annual Golf Scramble for Disaster Relief in his honor. Each year, we take a day to have some fun and honor Walt's memory at the same time. We are very proud and honored to host this event.
The 2012 event will be held at Hidden Creek Golf Course on Friday, June 1, 2012. In conjunction with the golf outing, we will also pay tribute to Clark County First Responders. We will recognize local First Responders at lunch, then enjoy a great afternoon on the links to raise funds for local Red Cross Disaster Relief.
Lunch begins at 12:00 p.m. and a shot-gun start follows at 1:00 p.m.
Details are being completed on sponsorships, entry fees and other information.
Please call the chapter at 812-283-8416 or e-mail to ccrc.cpr@insightbb.com for more details on sponsorships, entry fees or to find out details about our First Responder Recognition lunch.
Please enjoy the photo albums from past Bales' Scrambles.
